Here’s how to get what you need:

• Visit the 2026 Option Selection Period page to download PDF versions of all documents mailed to current members.
• Sign in to the HOPbenefits.com Member Area page. If you’re already registered, you can view your Personalized Statement, which includes an overview of your current (2025) coverage, plus your 2026 options and premiums based on your location.
