Members enrolled in the HOP Medical Plan or HOP Pre-65 Medical Plan have no-cost access to the SilverSneakers^® fitness program from Tivity Health, Inc.

Members enrolled in the Value Medical Plan do not have free access to SilverSneakers. Members enrolled in a managed care plan may have access to SilverSneakers. Contact the managed care plan directly for more information.

With SilverSneakers, you can join a local gym or take part in a fitness class designed specifically for seniors, which includes access to:

• A nationwide network of participating locations¹, with group fitness classes² at select locations
• SilverSneakers LIVE online classes and workshops taught 7 days a week by instructors specially trained in senior fitness
• SilverSneakers On-Demand library with 200+ online workout videos including yoga
• SilverSneakers GO mobile app—available from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). The app helps you find the nearest SilverSneakers location, access workout programs, set reminders, view your member ID number, and more!
• SilverSneakers Community classes offered in neighborhood locations outside of the gym

Getting Started With SilverSneakers

Step 1: Find classes near you. Visit SilverSneakers.com/Locations, or call the HOP Administration Unit toll-free at 1-800-773-7725 to find a participating location.

Step 2: Take your SilverSneakers member ID number to any location to enroll and start your routine (You can be enrolled at multiple locations at the same time).

Step 3:  Try SilverSneakers LIVE, a variety of daily live online classes and workshops, led by specially trained SilverSneakers instructors. Join from the comfort of your home

Step 4: Work out and have fun!

1. Participating locations (“PL”) are not owned or operated by Tivity Health, Inc. or its affiliates. Use of PL facilities and amenities are limited to terms and conditions of PL basic membership. 2. Membership includes SilverSneakers instructor-led group fitness classes. Some locations offer members additional classes. Classes vary by location.
