The Option Selection Period for 2026 coverage runs through November 17, 2025. If you’re currently enrolled in a Health Options Program plan, this is your chance to:

• Review your current coverage.
• Make any changes for the 2026 plan year.

Watch your mail for your personalized Option Selection Period materials, which will detail:

• What’s new for 2026, including updates to the Medicare Rx Options
• The plans available in your area
• Premiums for the plans available to you

If you do not take any action, your current coverage will automatically continue in 2026.

These materials are sent only to members currently enrolled in the Health Options Program. If you’re not enrolled but experience a Qualifying Event (such as turning 65 or losing employer-sponsored coverage), you may become eligible to enroll.
